Healing Food + Herbal Support Resources

During this fragile time, let us please find the space to think calmly and approach -most- days with a clear head. Enter, the healing and preventative power of plants (FOOD)! Our communities and local herbalists and apothecaries need us now more than ever— and us them! Consider them as a great resource for helping ease ailments and answering questions about immune support during this time and lessening the burden of hospitals and staff, unless of course it is an emergency. If you think you have been exposed, need treatment for COVID-19 please consult a physician and seek testing and treatment. Social Distancing is imperative to help our community and slow the spread of this virus.

Here are some great resources for folding the wealth of vitamins and minerals we can add into our daily diets via food!

Milk & Honey Herbals is the home of Western Mass wonder Jade Alicandro Mace. I have had the great pleasure in participating in some of her wild walks + workshops, exploring the world of bio-regional plant medicine. A sensitive being that approaches the herbal medicine world with ethics and science, as well as intuition and love. I trust entirely.
